The handle has a leather-like material wrapped around it for easier swinging, giving it a well-used appearance. However, the itself is in good condition, with no rattling or noise, and slides smoothly in and out. When swung, the handle feels very comfortable in the hand, and the longer , weighing approximately 1kg when drawn, feels surprisingly light and produces a wonderful whistling sound as it cuts through the air.
